You Are What You Eat!

Cuba perhatikan gambar dari Yahoo! ni, apa yg ANDA nampak? Apa yg bleh kita tafsirkan, dgn tersusunnya ketulan gula di depan setiap bekas air yg di pamerkan..?

MakLady percaya ramai antara kita dah boleh faham... KENAPA MakLady nk share info tentang pertunjuk pd gambar di atas. Ya.. sususan ketulan gula diperlihatkan di hadapan setiap minuman berkarbonat @ minuman gas ini adalah kandungan Gula dlm setiap bekas minuman. Tahap Gula dlm setiap minuman/makanan menentukan tahap kesihatan kita..So juz imagine, betapa banyaknya kandungan sugar yg kita ambil ? 

Uolz Penah dengar kan? Gejala yg berpunca dari GULA ni...

GULA - dlm kehidupan kita sebenarnya penting. Selain dari memanis rasa makanan maupn minuman kita. Perlu nya gula pd kita sbagai pembekal tenaga. Badan kita perlu gula utk survive. Amat penting jugak diambil dlm kuantiti yg sederhana. Klu amik berlebihan, mcm-mcm gejala kita leh jumpa. Bukan kata lagi MANIS dlm senyuman, MANIS dlm minuman/makanan pn, boleh tentukan gaya hidup.

Di sini...kita patut tahu bahawa jika kita amik lebih GULA @ makanan manis, kita akn jadi MANIS? 
hhmm ini sama sekali tidak tepat....
Yg tepat - kita akan dapat KENCING MANIS dan obersiti kerana GULA! Lambat laun mcm2 penyakit akan timbul berpunca dari GULA. Cuba korg baca artikel dari Yahoo! : diabetes doctors : ban soda!
