Bulan Diet & Jaga Badan...huhuhu

Well ...well .. well..
It is time to keep the kiloz DOWN, babehhh...!!! :)
[Count down : Lagi sebulan lagi nk pose ...]


Ape idaknye..
Slama 2 3 bulan lepas ni
kita asyik dok ...
makan! makan! makan!

ha ha ha...ye laa..
takut ......


masing2 dah rasa berat badan dah mula
meningkatkan timbangan...

So let us dedicated this month as...
the "DIET mood" Month..
ape kata...??? uolz...??

OK here are some ideas
on how to control ur diet...

Harap2 uolz boleh buat panduan..

Firstly,

kena betul2 diet laa..
jgn plak diet hangat2 taik ayam!
hari ni diet ..esok bantai makan nasi lemak 2bungkus

bukan susah...
kena kuat semangat
control ur intake ...boleh kan...??
hmmm ;)

Secondly,
klu susah lagi...puasa laa..
ganti puasa yg lepas2
buat la hari Isnin..hari Khamis ke..
klu susah nk puasa gak??
kena la control makan..
macamner??

Thirdly,
CONTROL ur INTAKE!
-cara Lady-
bukan tak makan langsung..
control ur diet laa..

TAPI INGAT

breakfast..is a must...
yg light2...je
NEVER2 take nasi lemak!
Roti cana! Teh tarik is NO! NO!


Start ajar perut uolz
mkn roti bakar wt half boiled eggs
tosei ke
.. capati ke...
cereal is good

but take Low Fat milk!lapik perut dgn lite biscuit.


Then comes lunch..
NO RICE PLEASE
take fruits..lots of fruits
or again roti ...
Klu tak leh gak..
pls take rice but
PLEASE...
small portion of rice
(klu nk tips makan beras
yg fiber je...msg lady..)
with lots of sayur
2 3 jenis sayur

insyaALLAH
bleh full kan perut ..


Tea time..
dont take the goreng2
kueh ... juz lite if possible
the best is...
take roti bakar wt honey
make sure u take...
lots of plain water
or else tea O
less sugar
or diet biscuits

Dinner time:
makan sebelum kul 8mlm
klu lunch u tak amik rice
u leh amik rice
but again...
small portion..
(klu boleh jgn amik rice k)
then u leh ganti dgn roti
capati...tosei...
then again..
sayur hijau ..good for digestion
OR
u can take Vege wt soup
or meehoon soup




BUT MOST IMPORTANT THING:
MINUM AIR KOSONG BANYAK
plain water, mineral or klu terbaik

minum air flask Quantum
or air yg beroksigen...katanya...:))

Klu nak minum yg lain,
bleh minum susu
low fat
yogurt drink or fruit juices...
to make
u feel full
and bagus utk
hadamkan makanan..

Klu nk minum kopi bleh la ...
tapi kurangkan...
NO! NO! NO! also goes to
All minuman bergas...

paling senang ...
esok take fruit joice..
senang gak nanti nk
buang toksid..hehe

HAPPY DIETING ..UOLZ..;)
